Reviews can help you compare psychics by communication style, specialties and reading approach. Feedback reflects individual client experiences and can provide useful context when selecting a psychic.
Because every psychic connection is personal, one client’s experience may be different from another’s. Reviews do not guarantee that another client will receive the same information, experience or outcome.
PsychicOz clients may be invited to submit feedback after an eligible reading. Connecting feedback to a completed reading helps us confirm that the reviewer had an experience with the psychic they are reviewing.
Clients may share favorable or critical feedback based on their individual experience. Giving a positive rating is not required, and the rating a client submits does not affect the client’s ability to use PsychicOz, contact customer care or submit a request under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

An eligible review is connected to a reading or service experience that can be identified through PsychicOz records. This helps reduce reviews submitted by people who did not have the experience they describe.
PsychicOz may be unable to verify a review when:
A review being eligible or verified confirms that an associated experience could be identified. It does not mean that PsychicOz independently confirms every opinion, interpretation or statement made by the reviewer.
PsychicOz values both favorable and critical feedback. Positive reviews can identify reading styles and qualities that clients appreciate. Critical reviews can highlight concerns, mismatched expectations or areas where the service may need improvement.
Clients are encouraged to describe their experiences honestly, respectfully and with enough detail to help other clients understand the context.
A critical rating does not automatically mean that a psychic violated PsychicOz standards. Sometimes a client and psychic simply do not form the connection the client expected. However, reports involving inappropriate conduct, billing problems or serious service concerns may be reviewed separately by customer care.
PsychicOz does not rewrite a review to change the client’s opinion or rating. However, a review may be withheld, edited to remove restricted information or removed when it contains:
Moderation is intended to protect privacy, maintain relevance and reduce fraudulent activity. It should not be used to convert critical feedback into positive feedback or to hide a genuine concern merely because it is unfavorable.
Ratings displayed on psychic profile pages may be based on eligible ratings submitted by PsychicOz clients. A displayed review count indicates the number of ratings or reviews included by the platform for that psychic.
Ratings may change as new feedback is received. A high average rating does not guarantee that a psychic will be the right match for every client.

Trustpilot allows consumers to submit reviews and may label reviews according to how they were collected or verified. Trustpilot independently controls its TrustScore, review labels, moderation rules and publication decisions.
The Trustpilot profile may contain favorable, neutral and critical reviews. PsychicOz may respond to reviews, but it does not control whether Trustpilot publishes, removes or verifies a review.

PsychicOz may use client feedback as part of its ongoing service and quality monitoring. Feedback can help identify:
A single review does not necessarily determine whether a psychic remains on the platform. PsychicOz may consider the context, available records, overall feedback patterns and seriousness of any reported concern.
When appropriate, PsychicOz may investigate a concern, contact the parties involved, provide guidance, restrict an account or take another action consistent with its policies.
Client reviews are only one part of quality monitoring. PsychicOz also uses an application and evaluation process that considers reading ability, communication, professionalism, experience and compliance with platform standards.
Psychic readings are personal experiences. Screening and client feedback can help maintain service standards, but they cannot guarantee that every psychic will connect equally well with every client or that every prediction will occur.

Leaving a review is separate from requesting assistance under the PsychicOz Satisfaction Guarantee.
If an eligible paid reading does not connect satisfactorily, submit a request through the PsychicOz Resolution Center within 48 hours after the reading ends. For an email reading, the 48-hour period begins when the completed reading is delivered.
Every eligible paid reading may be reviewed under the Satisfaction Guarantee, whether it is your first PsychicOz reading or a later reading. Depending on the circumstances, PsychicOz may provide a full or partial refund, account credit or another appropriate resolution.
Posting a review does not automatically create a satisfaction request. Contact the Resolution Center directly if you want customer care to review your reading, billing or technical concern.

If you believe a review contains private information, fraudulent activity, prohibited content or another policy violation, contact PsychicOz customer care and identify the review in question.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that a review will be removed. PsychicOz will review the available information and determine whether the content violates its policies.
